ဒါပေမဲ့ လူတစ်ယောက်အတွက် သတိဆိုတဲ့ အရာကတော့ ဘယ်တော့မှပိုတယ် မရှိပါဘူး။ ဒါကြောင့်လည်း ‘သတိဆိုတာ ပိုသည်မရှိ၊ လိုသည်သာ ရှိ၏’ လို့ အဆိုရှိတာပါ။ ဆရာတော်ဦးပဏ္ဍိတက အထူးဂရုစိုက်ပြီး အလေးအနက်ဟောကြားခဲ့တဲ့ ဒီဗုဒ္ဓတရားရဲ့ မှန်ကန်မှုနဲ့ အဖိုးတန်မှုဟာ ကျွန်မနေအိမ်မှာ အထိန်းသိမ်းခံနေရတဲ့ကာလအတွင်း ပေါ်လွင်ထင်ရှားခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာ၀င်တွေဖြစ်ကြတဲ့ ကျွန်မရဲ့ လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်များစွာတို့နည်းတူ အထိန်းသိမ်းခံနေရစဉ်ကာလအတွင်း ကျွန်မရဲ့အချိန်တွေကို အကျိုးရှိစွာ အသုံးချနိုင်ရန် ကျွန်မ ဝိပဿနာတရားထိုင်ဖို့ ဆုံးဖြတ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါဟာလွယ်တဲ့ကိစ္စတော့ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ သင်ကြားပြသပေးမယ့် ဆရာကလည်းမရှိတော့ ပထမဦးဆုံးစပြီး ကြိုးပမ်းစဉ်တုန်းက နည်းနည်း စိတ်ပျက်စရာ ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ် ဆိုတာထက် ပိုပါသေးတယ်။ တရားထိုင်တဲ့အခါ ကျင့်ကြံထားရှိရမယ့် စိတ်အတိုင်း ကျွန်မရဲ့စိတ်ကို မထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်တဲ့အခါ ကျွန်မအင်မတန်စိတ်တိုပြီး ဒီလိုလုပ်နေတာဟာ ကျွန်မကိုယ်ကျွန်မ ကောင်းကျိုးထက် ဆိုးကျိုးပြုနေတာလို့ ခံစားမိတဲ့ရက်တွေ ရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။ တရားထိုင်ချင်သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ မထိုင်ချင်သည်ဖြစ်စေ ကိုယ့်အကျိုးအတွက် ထိုင်သင့်တယ်ဆိုတဲ့ ထင်ရှားကျော်ကြားတဲ့ ဆရာတော်တစ်ပါး ဆုံးမခဲ့တဲ့ စကားတစ်ခွန်းသာမရှိခဲ့လို့ရှိရင် ကျွန်မလက်လျှော့ခဲ့မိမယ်လို့ ထင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ကျွန်မလည်း အံကြိတ်ပြီး ဆက်လက်ကြိုးစားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ တစ်ခါတစ်ရံမှာတော့ စိတ်ဓာတ်ခပ်ကျကျနဲ့ပါပဲ။
